Qwen3 VL 重排序

qwen3-vl-rerank 是检索重排序模型，应使用 POST /v1/rerank，不能使用聊天或向量生成示例。

query 为检索问题，documents 为候选条目，top_n 为返回数量。返回排序后的 results[]，使用 index 对应原条目，relevance_score 比较相关性。平台的百炼适配器会将通用字段转换为上游 input 和 parameters。

Qwen3 VL 还支持原生多模态候选内容，不能把上游媒体对象直接当作通用 documents 字符串。当前通用适配器按文本候选处理，媒体候选需另行确认渠道支持。
